Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Effectively plan, execute, and manage Tourism Board campaigns as well as non-campaign partnerships (incl. Banks, ad-hoc FL/HT/TA, etc.), that drive customer engagement, conversions, and revenue growth
- Assist in day-to-day communication with partners regarding campaign executions & results tracking; conduct performance analysis & reporting on monthly basis
- Conduct regular touchpoints with partners to understand goals/objectives & develop strategies accordingly
- Support in planning & aligning with partnership team on timeline, USP, channels activation, merchandising
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., stakeholder) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms involved teams (package benefit, channels, DORA, etc.)
- Research industry trends & insights related to partnerships & marketing initiatives to stay ahead of competition
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, customer experience, and how to integrate digital and in-app strategies.
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize results.
- Skilled in engaging cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects with clear prioritization. Able to perform under pressure and maneuver within business ambiguities.
