Company Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and develop our “Loans/credit investments set-up and servicing” operations across various credit products including liquid credit, syndicated loans, leveraged loans, direct lending, structured credit, royalties, and bonds. This role required an end-to-end understanding of Credit investments operations, including Cap Call, Rate reset, reconciliation, and other post-closing tasks. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders, internal partners, and peers to ensure efficient and compliant loan operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop loan/ investment set-up and servicing across various credit products on Sentry (preferable).
- Handles oversight and administrative functions for loan End to End processing, documentation, post-closing tasks, loan monitoring, servicing, covenant monitoring, and amendments through Sentry (preferable).
- Exposure to other Loan Monitoring System (Loan IQ, ACBS) will be an added advantage.
- Engage with stakeholders, internal partners, and peers within the Lending Operations functional area.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and risk control opportunities.
- Utilize experience with Lending platforms to enhance operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, investor, and business policies.
- Involved in setting direction, policies and procedures to meet compliance, risk management, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with and influence professionals at all levels.
- Foster a culture of talent development to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of loan processing experience, or equivalent, demonstrated through institutional loan processing.
- Loan operations experience preferred with knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
