We are on the lookout for an Associate Legal Counsel to join the M&A Legal Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As an Associate Legal Counsel, you'll navigate all phases of M&A projects, from structuring deals and drafting documentation to closing and post-closing matters, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders worldwide. Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal support on M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and supporting the negotiation stage.

• Manage all phases of M&A projects: NDA, deal structuring, Due Diligence, negotiation, drafting, signing, closing, and post-closing.

• Coordinate internal teams and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions to ensure smooth transaction workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy/M&A, Tax, Antitrust, and Finance, to align legal advice with business objectives.

• Develop pragmatic solutions to complex legal issues while balancing business priorities.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal legal processes and tools to enhance work efficiency.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer with an excellent academic degree and admission to the bar (for Germany-qualified applications, successful completion of the 2nd state exam). 

• 1-3 years of experience in M&A, ideally in an international law firm. 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal solutions.

• Proficient in English (written and verbal), with exceptional drafting skills; additional languages are a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic workplace.

• Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
