We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Associate Lead Product Designer to join our team. You will possess a unique blend of research expertise and design prowess, capable of conducting both generative and evaluative research while excelling in designing enterprise Saas software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded product designer capable of design and user research with extensive experience in data visualization, dashboard and report design. The ability to synthesize research findings and translate them into effective design solutions is crucial. Experience working with established design systems is required as is the ability to contribute to and maintain these systems effectively.

The successful applicant will possess expert-level skills in data visualization, wireframing, rapid prototyping, conducting user interviews, creating and analyzing user surveys, and facilitating both moderated and unmoderated user testing sessions.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive mixed-method user research

  • Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for SaaS enterprise software

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences

  • Contribute to our design system

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS software product design with an emphasis on data visualization, dashboard and report design

  • Experience working in an enterprise software environment with agile engineering teams

  • Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, user surveys, remote moderated user testing and unmoderated testing (e.g., A/B testing, card sorts, tree tests)

  • The ability to synthesize and analyze findings to distill actionable insights

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing and rapid prototyping

  • Experience with user research and testing platforms (User Interviews Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Strong understanding of information architecture principles

  • Experience working with established design systems

  • Comfort in presenting research insights and design rationale to senior leaders

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of collaboration, decision making and user experience design

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $115,000+ with 5% MBO.

  • Pay progression based on your performance.
