Associate Key Account Managerとして、国内小売法人担当の営業を担っていただきます。
我々ダイソンと小売法人との友好的な商業取引に導く、ダイソンの発展と成長に欠かせないポジションです。
Main Responsibilities
売上目標の達成

ダイソンと小売法人との年間戦略・目標にそった商談の実施

販促計画のすべてついて定期的に合意、更新し管理する
-
売上予測と販促活動に沿って利益予算を補助管理する
-
市場分析、販促、季節性、流通の変更、新製品、他社情報などを把握し、正確な12ヶ月業績予測を補助する
-
小売法人の要望を正確に理解し小売法人の収益性を把握する
店舗及びWebにおいて売上を最大化する
-
商談で決定された業務内容を現場に定期的に伝える
-
店舗にて高品質な営業活動が行えるよう、鮮度が高く正確な情報を定期的に現場へ提供する
-
社内管理データを定期的に用い、店頭でKA施策が確実に行われるようにする
-
新製品の早期導入の為、確実な商談を実施する
-
フィールドチームと連携し月次の施策を立案・補助し現場チームに対応する
-
顧客Webサイトの運用に関与し正確な情報発信を心がける
説得力のあるプレゼンテーションを小売法人に行う
-
顧客ニーズにあった「顧客を勝ち取れる提案」を補助する
-
小売法人の商品部との商談を定期的に行う
-
顧客と合意された計画を社内各部署と連携し、強い意志で最後までやりとげる。
