Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new business customers for our delivery app service within your assigned territory
  • Monitor local competitors and industry trends to provide feedback and ensure our app remains competitive and relevant.
  • Represent foodpanda as a brand ambassador in negotiating terms and conditions with prospective restaurant partners
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including setting up their accounts, explaining app functionalities, and addressing any initial concerns or questions.
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Understand and meet the needs of our potential partners and build a trusting relationship
  • Exceed sales targets & performance-based goals while working independently
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Manager, Field Sales

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing or a related field
  • Preferably 1-3 years experience employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent background from Delivery app, retail, fintech etc.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology, app services, or delivery industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • A positive, energetic attitude and willingness to engage with new clients.
