The Importance of the Role
The Strategic Operations team shapes strategies, processes, and operations to provide ongoing solutions for core business issues faced by the Customer Organization. The AD/Director of Continuous Improvement will lead innovation and partnerships in project management, business operations, and marketing operations, with the goal of optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role focuses on identifying the sources of business issues, defining critical success factors, developing structured approaches to deliver solutions, and building critical relationships within the Customer Organization.
The Opportunity to Make a Difference
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Identify and develop strategies for continuous improvement within strategic operations, ensuring scalability and evolution over time.
- Lead Initiatives: Drive the execution of all continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and track the effectiveness of implemented projects.
- Communication and Change Management: Develop and deliver programs to support the rollout of new solutions, platforms, functionalities, or services.
- Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor team members on new processes and systems to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop agile, flexible, and customer-focused solutions that maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Best Practices: Identify and share best practices within and outside the company to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Tooling and Automation: Leverage advanced tools and methodologies to improve processes.
- KPI Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends related to continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Quality Standards: Ensure that all continuous improvement initiatives meet standards for compliance, quality, service, and cost.
More about You
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in life sciences.
- Leadership Skills: Core leadership skills, including workshop facilitation, presentations, project management, change management, and the ability to develop structured approaches to business problems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with a content management system, preferably Veeva Vault.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is required.

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.
The targeted salary range for this position is $156,000 - $195,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
