Job Description
The Global Manufacturing Finance Associate Director is accountable for the oversight of financial Planning and Performance Management activities within the manufacturing function across the organization, encompassing 70+ facilities and $2.5 billion spend base. This role will collaborate closely with Head of Global Manufacturing and entire senior manufacturing leadership across all Zones in order to drive operational efficiency across Manufacturing function. furnishing data-driven insights and financial guidance to underpin optimal business's decision-making processes.

- Define, cascade and supervise implementation of Global programs and pivotal initiatives in line with 10YP
- Establish and deploy Global methodologies and standards aiming at simplification, unification and automation of processes and routines within manufacturing finance
- Champion a culture of analytical and operational excellence by developing and deploying relevant new and sophisticated capabilities and practices
- Financial Planning: Responsible for orchestrating the development and implementation of financial strategies for Manufacturing that are aligned with the Company's overarching goals. This pivotal role encompasses leading long-term strategic planning and ensure strategy connected with tactical budgeting process, establishing precise targets, and ensuring the accuracy and alignment of these strategies with business and regional finance teams.
- Performance Analysis and Executive Decision Support: Undertake regular financial analysis to evaluate business performance and collaborate with executive leadership to provide comprehensive insights linking financial and operational parameters to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. This encompasses the oversight of the preparation of comprehensive transparency on business performance for senior management, risk and sensitivity assessment and driving development of action plans.
- Cost Management and Productivity: Responsible for the oversight of Global Manufacturing Cost results exceeding $2.5 billion, with a focus on providing visibility into financial outcomes, productivity initiatives, and gross savings. This includes a dedicated emphasis on finance and manufacturing systems and programs, ensuring automation where feasible, and the implementation of methodologies, tools, and routines that enable business areas to analyze and interpret costs, investments, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with manufacturing leadership, FP&A, Data Analytics, and other cross-functional teams and coordinate them to ensure robust support for business initiatives and operational excellence focus. This includes the provision of comprehensive financial and analytical expertise and guidance to facilitate decision-making, while ensuring that objectives are meticulously aligned with business strategies.
- Functions Transformation: Develop and put in motion proven finance transformation roadmap that prioritizes key Manufacturing areas. This includes benchmarking both externally and internally, developing tools and systems to automate and optimize financial analysis and better decision-making, enabling continuous improvement, and supporting change management. The roadmap will be designed in alignment with Company's strategic goals and objectives, and will be focused on operational excellence in Manufacturing

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required, with a validated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate sophisticated financial concepts to non-financial team members.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines, with a positive, can-do attitude.
