As an Associate Data Insights Analyst AI CoPilot on the OAI team, you'll design and implement automated workflows and build complex processes while leveraging AI capabilities. Your work will enable users to interact with automated systems using natural language prompts to drive efficiencies across various business segments.
WHAT OUR ASSOC DATA INSIGHTS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Extracting, cleaning, and engineering data for sets for analysis
- Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
- Using data visualization and presentations to assist in communicating results and making recommendations
- Measuring the impacts of recommendations on the business
- Good technical knowledge on designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platforms.
- Integrating solutions to work with various Microsoft and third-party data sources, including Fabric, Redshift, and external APIs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Relevant technical or business work experience: 1 year or more
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical skills: Demonstrated understanding of coding languages, relational databases, and how to build queries using operators and conditional statements (ex. SQL, Python, R, etc.) and an understanding of the PowerApps ecosystem.
- Abilities: Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; basic understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools; effective written and verbal communication skills

The base pay for this position generally is between
$67,100.00 and $107,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
