At Salesloft, our Associate Consultant II will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Consulting Services team whose primary goal is to successfully on-board each customer, establishing a solid foundation for their future success.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, forward-looking team player who can help us grow and mature our consulting services organization while ensuring the highest quality onboarding experience for our customers.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll learn from more senior consultants how to establish a solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. You will help play a critical role in the success of the Consulting Services team. Leading virtual SalesLoft trainings, providing strategy recommendations, product adoption and proactive communication - all with one goal in mind: ensuring the successful onboarding of our clients.

THE SKILL SET:
- 2-4 year Professional experience, preferable in a customer facing role in SaaS or technology
- Ability to speak both Spanish & English fluently (Projects primarily delivered in English with occasional requests to deliver training sessions in Spanish)
- Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot CRM is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience having difficult conversations and managing customer expectations
- Owns and manages delivery of multiple concurrent projects, working with the customer's primary point of contact (POC) or supporting larger projects, while establishing priorities and identifying critical tasks to ensure timely progress.
- Effectively balances competing priorities across internal and customer-facing responsibilities, independently creating, updating, and managing project plans with minimal guidance, and negotiating solutions to resolve conflicts when necessary.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
- Have 1:1 meetings with your manager, understand your onboarding plan and delve into your daily responsibilities and meet with other key players within professional services and the customer team
- Understand the implementation methodology for our packaged onboarding offerings
- Begin shadowing of calls/meetings with more tenured team members to see our methodology in action via our Onboarding Program
- Meet key partners in Account Management, Finance, Marketing, Executives etc. - they will be key relationships for you throughout your deal cycle
- Experience in-depth product training, including learning how to use the product for your own business.
- Gain a detailed understanding of the customer lifecycle. with emphasis on post-sale onboarding and success processes.
- Deliver customer onboarding and playbook optimization calls.
- Be fully responsible for your very own portfolio of customers and for running calls independently!
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Achieve the Salesloft Administrator Certification, demonstrating your knowledge of our product
- Understand the various metrics and respective targets for your role (e.g. billable utilization, customer satisfaction, project margin) and those of the broader Customer Services organization (e.g. seats activated, product usage/adoption)
- Understand all aspects of the platform and how to train customers on the platform through our scaled onboarding program and additional 1-to-1 training sessions as needed
- Continue to master your knowledge of the Salesloft product and have a deep understanding of our industry, customer profiles and best practices.
- Fully understand our internal ecosystem and be able to collaborate cross-functionally to provide the best in class sales process.
- Work with your customers daily delivering value and helping them achieve their goals.
- Meeting your business goals and customer KPIs.
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Consistently meet or exceed your various targets (e.g. billable utilization, customer satisfaction, project margin)
- Begin your Skill Development program with your manager to focus on professional development around the core competencies of the role
- Consistently deliver value to customers through building and optimizing playbooks.
- Master conversational marketing sales and services best practices.
- Consistently meet or exceed your consulting services goals.
- Support complex paid services engagements for our customers.
- Bring your thinking, strategy, and ideas to the team to advance our creative culture and vision for the future.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Shadow and participate on larger projects led by more tenured consultants
- Continue to provide excellent service to our customers and meet or exceed your various targets (e.g. billable utilization, customer satisfaction, project margin)
- Continue to focus on your OKRs
- Continue skill development sessions with your manager in order to hone your skills as a consultant
- Achieve your KPIs on a consistent basis including CSAT and utilization
