In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.
How you will contribute
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 am a 5:30 pm
Responsabilidades: El Supervisor de Calidad será responsable de garantizar que todos los procesos de producción cumplan con las normativas de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, así como de mantener los estándares de seguridad alimentaria, control de plagas, y manejo de materias extrañas. Participará activamente en auditorías internas y externas, así como en la implementación de mejoras continuas en la infraestructura de la planta.
Requisitos:
- Formación académica: Ingeniero Químico, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniero Agrónomo o afines.
- Experiencia deseable: 2 años en un puesto similar, preferentemente en industrias alimentarias.
- Conocimientos técnicos necesarios:
- NOM-251-SSA-2009 Prácticas de higiene para el proceso de alimentos, bebidas o suplementos alimenticios.
- FSSC 22000
- NORMA Oficial Mexicana NOM-256-SSA1-2012, Condiciones sanitarias que deben cumplir los establecimientos y personal dedicados a los servicios urbanos de control de plagas mediante plaguicidas.
- Habilidades informáticas: Dominio de paquetería Office (Excel básico-intermedio), conocimientos de SAP (preferible).
- Idiomas: Inglés básico/intermedio.
- Competencias adicionales: Trabajo en equipo, capacidad de resolución de problemas, enfoque en mejora continua y capacidad de supervisión.
