ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

The Darwin NGD Delivery team are responsible for implementing the newest version of our Darwin™ technology to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. The NGD Delivery team plays a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology;

  • To be responsible for delivering to a wide range of Global clients and helping to design the Darwin solution to meet the client’s needs; 
  • To work across multi-functional teams in different departments to deliver a market-leading implementation to the client. 

We will count on you to:

  • Support experienced consultants to understand the client’s business and benefit structures and how Darwin best works to meet their need, this will be conducted through remote or onsite sessions with the client; 
  • Be responsible for the scoping, designing and documenting requirements in accordance with DDM; 
  • Work with the Configuration and QA teams on implementing the agreed design and supporting the testing of the configured solution to defined specifications/requirements and helping clients in UAT; 
  • To learn how to follow a project plan and deliver assigned tasks and actions in accordance with the timelines; 
  • To help collate and process client data ahead of launches;
  • To acquire stakeholder and relationship management skills that will enable you to mediate and provide complex solutions on how best to meet the client’s needs within the framework of Darwin’s capabilities; 
  • Work with your Technical Leads on managing workload prioritisation and keeping relevant stakeholders up to date; 
  • Work with Project Managers in updating plans, risk & issues logs in line with Darwin Delivery Methodology (DDM); 
  • To capture and track process wins throughout the lifecycle of the project and help to improve processes and drive efficiency on a client, departmental and organisational level.
