POSITION SNAPSHOT:

This position is on the Main Event side of D&B portfolio of brands. The Associate Brand Manager will support the Main Event brand team in executing innovative marketing campaigns, calendar planning, tentpole moments and everyday marketing strategies in conjunction with agency partners to elevate the brand. An understanding of campaign development, annual calendar planning, and project management skills are critical to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities

Position Snapshot:
The ABM is a key contributor to the brand growth plans and responsible for project management and execution of national and local Marketing programs through coordination with internal departments and agencies. This position reports to the Brand Director, Main Event.

Essential Functions 

  • Assist the Brand Team with the development of integrated marketing campaigns to effectively drive walk-in and event business, including national calendar strategies and traffic-driving promotions.
  • Serve as day-to-day project manager on key Brand initiatives including but not limited to tentpole campaigns, special events, birthdays and culturally relevant micro-moments.. 
  • Effectively communicate and work with cross-functional teams and/or agency partners on project goals and deliverables. Responsible for on-time delivery, contingency plans, and post-mortem learnings.  
  • Write creative and business briefs for campaign execution and work with agency partners on program execution.
  • Act as a key contact for Center level managers who need Point of Purchase materials and local marketing needs. 
  • Oversee the marketing calendar coordination including regular content updates and team/cross functional distribution.
  • Responsible for tracking and proofing to ensure factual accuracy across all projects and programs.
  • Oversee in-store merchandising, POP, and digital display strategy across all ME locations. 
  • Ensure that brand standards are being met and that the creative aligns with company and campaign objectives.
  • Other various duties that come-up as part of D&B’s fast-paced culture and “You Got This” attitude.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of brand/marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational, planning & presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and projects meeting deadlines.
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Strategy, Ops, Data Analytics, Legal, Culinary teams).
  • Experience with agency relationships is a plus & you are a creative thinker.
  • Attention to detail, timelines, project management and work in a fast-paced environment.
