Responsibilities:
· Achieve sales objectives for the assigned brand monitor monthly
· Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand/service.
· Develops annual brand plan, brand strategy/positioning, including pricing and packaging artwork specifications, for the assigned/new brands
· Develops 360° communication plan and promotional campaigns for HCP and Consumer using different platforms available including social media, PR and website, align with Global Brand campaign.
· Develops ATL and BTL product strategy for HCP and consumers, including promotional materials
· Develop launch plan and implementation tactics for new products
· Close coordination with internal departments related to approvals, contracts, project implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
· Coordinates the logistics to allow accurate product supply from plant to distribution channels and delivery into the market in co-operation with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Finance teams.
· Prepares and manage Marketing budget of the brand and ensures its adequate execution in order to achieve the marketing objectives and the agreed contribution.
· Provides technical expertise, trains and motivates Sales Force and external partners on promotional brand execution
· Manages the relationships with the local advertising and communication agencies and design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the brand/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
· Contributes to the analysis of Brand performance per channel and per account and makes proposals to improve the sales performance.
· Recommend strategic plans/vision for future growth of the brand.
· Proposes local Post Marketing Study (PMS) and market research plans that will validate promotional directions and plan of action
· Identifies and analyzes local customer needs and market opportunities
· Prepares assigned product line objectives and development schedules for medium/long term plan
· Manages day-to-day progress of product performance
· Gather competitive intelligence via online and offline research, website, field work and consumer insight
· Provide monthly communication to the field team on the brand performance, promotional direction and motivational communications.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
· Responsible in complying with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment
Requirements:
- Graduate of Business, Marketing or Science degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in brand management
- Ability to effectively present information to management, public, doctors or sales forces in oral and written form.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or sales force.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical information
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
