This role is based at our headquarters in McLean, Virginia. Appian was built on a culture of in-person collaboration, which we believe is a key driver of our mission to be the best. To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Leverage AI-driven automation to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Develop Appian applications that incorporate GenAI and ML models, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with Appian insiders to sculpt the future of our business processes.
- Ensure all solutions are well-documented, scalable, and reusable across the enterprise.
- Foster a team environment focused on cutting-edge technologies, process automation, and delivering measurable business impact.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with GenAI and/or ML technologies (academic or professional).
- Experience with cloud computing technologies like AWS.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for AI-driven innovation.
- Professional English proficiency
- Exceptional communication and customer management skills (verbal/written)
