Job Summary:
As Acrisure/PBG's Associate Client Account Manager you will support the Client Account Management team with servicing and marketing for our client companies.
Responsibilities:

Coordination and Support for pre-renewal presentations, RFP's, and renewal presentations

Support for all marketing tasks for clients . Works closely with Client Account Managers to understand account strategy

Coordination, Management and Production of all Open Enrollment collateral for clients, to include, PowerPoint Presentations, Benefit Enrollment Guides, Memos and any other Ad Hoc requests

Update and Maintain all account activities and data in appropriate CRM and shared files

Collect and Post carrier contracts and SBC's

Update and Maintain internal systems with client specific contacts and data

Manage and Maintain calendar and scheduling of client facing meetings (virtual or in-person)

Prepare bill reconciliation and self accounting statements

Manage and Collect necessary data for 5500's and FSA Discrimination testing

COBRA management and set-up

Stay current (self-education) on carrier products/plans

Education/Experience:
Two or more year’s related experience is preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Strong writing and editing skills required. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Word, Excel – VERY IMPORTANT, Power Point, Outlook.
Certificates and Licenses:
Must Hold Valid California Life and Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain license within 6 months of hire.
