About the role

The Associate Sales Account Manager for OXO, Osprey, Hydro Flask is a pivotal actor responsible for driving, overseeing and optimizing sales and activation on Amazon & other marketplaces. This role involves strategic thinking & planning, innovative content passion, and seamless coordination with cross-functional Sales, Marketing & Operation teams for efficient speed of execution.

Amazon is the world biggest online window shopping. This role holds a pivotal position with a direct influence on sales growth and the brand's visibility on Amazon. Additionally, the Associate Sales Account Manager oversees critical aspects such as Amazon case logs, and on notifications, and automated email requests that can instantly impact results and performance.

This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, activation excellence and teamwork.

What you’ll do in the role

Amazon Sales Piloting

  • CO PILOT: Assumes responsibilities for Amazon business metrics, including: PCOGS, net receipt, LBB, and VLLT. While also providing strategic guidance for the long term.
  • CO PILOT: Develops and leverages advanced analytics tools to gather and dissect KPIs. Become the main driver of enhancements in traffic, deal operations and conversion rates.
  • CO PILOT: Orchestrates and measure success of innovative test-and-learn deals and initiatives to elevate commercial performance.
  • CO PILOT: Plan long-term initiatives and be a key stakeholder in 5years plans & strategies.
  • PRICE: Monitors market-wide price enforcement for both 1P and 3P.
    Owning insightful analysis to drive Strategic Decisions and present to Leadership team
  • PRICE: Establishes seamless pricing coordination strategy, implementing automated tracking and escalation protocols.
  • CONTENT: Ensures Product Detail Pages adhere to cutting-edge industry UX standards together ith CoE.
  • CONTENT: Executes the best utilization of digital sales tools to drive sales enhancements. (deal visibility, BTR, SiteMerch...)
  • OTHER: Conducts periodic competitor analyses and generates comprehensive reports for strategic decision-making.

Amazon activation Strategy and Development

  • STRATEGY: Develops, with digital marketing and demand generation teams a cohesive, integrated annual activation blueprint.
  • PROMO STRAT PLAN: Develop a comprehensive investment plan and oversees the execution of monthly promotional strategies in tandem with AVS.
  • MEDIA: Provides strategic guidance to the AMS/paid media team, focusing on pivotal markets to ensure optimal performance.
  • ALIGNMENT: Orchestrates seamless coordination with local internal teams, ensuring a unified and consistent approach across countries.

Operation supervision

  • CATALOGUE: Takes charge of catalogue maintenance & supervision.
    Liaises with the content team to ensure timely and accurate uploads of NPD.
  • CRITICAL ISSUES: Manages Amazon case logs, andon notifications, and automatic email requests, streamlining operational workflows with the right internal stakeholders

  • Marketing understanding (direct to consumer)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
