Job Description
Support the strategy of Compensation and Benefits Area in LATAM region
• Support the annual merit and off cycle processes.
• Lead and response service now tickets for Benefits PAD
• Do the salary compliance analysis (internal equity and external competitiveness)
• Administration of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Support health and insurance internal process required ( tickets, reimbursement, employees request, team work with brokers).
•Build site visit plan with benefits partners.
• Lead internal communication plan related to compensation and benefits.
• Responsible of benefit and reward portal administration (SutherlandPrints, Big Pass and others).
• Control of purchases orders administration, include reception and conciliation of invoices for all providers related benefits.
•Manage of personnel cost and budget reports/ tracker.
•Lead data analytic reports relate compensation and benefits.
•Lead monthly PBI audit .
•Responsible for montlhy payroll task related benefits
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting or industrial engineer.
5 years of experience in HR - Desirable 2 years in payroll, TR or benefits.
English level B2
Excel knowledge advanced.
Desirable Data Analytics and PowerBi knowledge.
