O que irá fazer

  • Como assistente de gerente de loja, irá ajudar o nosso experiente e enérgico gerente de loja a organizar a sua loja. O que é que isso implica?
  • Apoiar o Store Manager na gestão quotidiana das operações da loja.
  • Ajudar a gerir e a motivar os nossos SleepMasters (colegas de vendas) para atingir os nossos objectivos.
  • Aconselhar os nossos clientes sobre a forma como os nossos produtos os podem ajudar a ter a melhor noite de sono
  • Controlar os níveis de stock dos nossos produtos para dormir e garantir que os produtos são repostos a tempo
  • Fazer tudo o que for possível para obter uma elevada taxa de satisfação do cliente, sempre em conjunto com o cliente e os seus colegas de equipa
  • Melhorar as coisas ou processos que podem ser feitos melhor, pelo que também será recompensado
