JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
To be part of the Client Solutions team supporting capital raising and investor relation matters.
Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Support Keppel Fund Management’s fundraising needs through close collaboration with the capital raising and fund product team(s)
- Coordinate and prepare materials for the quarterly/annual investor updates
- Lead in preparation of external marketing material and setting up and maintenance of data rooms for fund and/or corporate marketing materials
- Co-ordinate and address responses to investor queries, including due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs) and other written materials as required
- Support investor events, including planning, coordinating, and attending such event, as well as ensuring follow-up actions are addressed and captured/recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Draft monthly/quarterly reports to investors, where necessary, and ensure the timely delivery of reports
- Assist in analysis work for regular fund reporting purposes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Degree in business, economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience; experience in portfolio reporting or research will be an added advantage
- A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed-oriented, organized with ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Salesforce
- A strong communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well across different functions and levels
