The Assistant Marketing Manager will support marketing initiatives within Ecolab Digital, supporting one or more product lines/programs or segments. Within this role, you will contribute to profitable sales growth of business unit(s) by supporting the creation and implementation of strategies and plans that differentiate Ecolab from its competitors.

What You Will Do:

  • Support marketing strategy including creating and implementing strategies and plans for products and programs.
  • Execute the marketing plans including tracking promotions to ensure corporate objectives are met.
  • Ensure accurate representation of Ecolab to the community with regards to product specific regulations and information.
  • Determine and execute effective solutions for product related issues such as forecasting of product sales
  • Lead pricing and bundling strategy for SAAS and partner with Sales and Finance to drive successful implementation
  • Report out on Industry Trends, Competitive Analysis, Market Position
  • Support Product Portfolio setting, Pricing Models, Value Proposition & Value Delivery
  • Executive Sales planning support and forecasting
  • Drive execution of Commercial Agreements for partnerships for Digital selling
  • Partner with Marketing communication for content creation for internal and external use and ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and pricing
  • Leverage cross functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5 years of professional experience in a business to business environment
  • Experience with digital and SAAS products
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, preferably in Marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a group as a solid team player
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and coordinate projects across different functional groups regionally.
  • Solid business acumen
  • Strong problem solving / Analytical Skills
  • Attention to detail; strong sense of urgency
  • Experience with wide range of marketing tools,  including strategic and tactical product marketing capabilities

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
