Job Descriptions:
- Ensure Quality Assessment for New Business and Alteration Underwriters are done based on Underwriting Standard Operational Procedure or Underwriting Manual Guidelines and well documented
- Ensure that Quality Assessment Tracking report are completed for each user and meet the target
- Ensure the exam time and cases are ready for all underwriters' level and set up timely for new business underwriters annually
- Perform Process Analysis for Underwriting Quality assessment Result and exam result to monitor summary of comment, Performance score and classification & do back up underwriting process
- Provide quarterly performance report to share with Managers
- Ensure all the assessment result and feedback to be filled on time & Provide Final report on presentation and prepare & provide QA Underwriting reports
- Ensure Monthly Quality Assessment Result is quarterly sent for Audit Purpose
- Ensure all report needed by internal and/or external is delivered within the agreed time and meet the requirements
- Handle the monthly compliance checklist report & ensure Internal Incident Report
- Ensure others audit and compliance finding report are recorded well and follow up properly
- Analyze breaching limit report properly
- Coach and ensure team member attends / passes trainings / exams Required & Monitor team by having productivity, errors and turn-around time report
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in New Business/underwriting in life insurance industry
- Has the experience in as Underwriter in the past, has the min. 4 years' experience as QA and Training for Underwriting
- Bachelor's degree from any disciplines
- Having good business process sense & good sense of risk selection
- Sufficient IT and IT related knowledge
- Good problem-solving skill
- Action-oriented and customer oriented
- Good command in English
- Computer literate: word, excel, visio and power point applications
- Holding AAJI or FLMI certificates
