Job Description

JOB PURPOSE(Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organization's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization). The Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager is responsible to achieve operational goals and standards as defined by the Organization / Senior Management, should be capable of managing the process, clients, team and ensuring end to end delivery of SLAs.ORGANIZATION CHART(Depicts the reporting relationship : reporting to, positions reporting into this position, any dotted relationship) An Assistant Manager or a Deputy Manager would directly report to the Group Manager PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESKEY RESULT AREAS: Specific and key end results, which the role exists to achieve. Each accountability statement should answer the question – “What are the results must be achieved in order for the role to accomplish its purpose?”Ensure Service Level metrics as defined by the clients are met.Ensure Legal and compliance defects are zero or tend to zeroEWS accuracy is maintainedTraining hours as defined by business are met1-2-1 AdherenceDriving Efficiency project/Brainwaves within the team.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job and the major activities associated with each responsibility.
