Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager supports the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, partnerships and events to promote the company's brand, products and services. This role assists with market research, content creation, campaign, event and partnership management, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to gather insights on target customers, competitors, and industry trends
- Support the development of marketing plans, campaigns, events, content and promotion communications
- Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and events across various offline and online channels
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization
- Assist with the management of marketing budgets, key stakeholder, partner and vendor relationships
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with channels, product and other teams to align on marketing initiatives
- Provide administrative support and ad-hoc support to the Marketing Manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field
- 5+ years of Marketing experience in a Marketing Communications / Marketing Partnership/ PR role
- Excellent written, content creation and communication skills
- Proficient in using Marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong in stakeholder, partner and vendor management
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Officer, Product Marketing & Communications
