YOUR MISSION
Oversee the daily accounting functions – Accounts payable, collection, employee advances and claims. Enforce company standard operating procedures, policies and authorization matrix.
Assist in treasury management –collections and disbursements are managed efficiently and liquidity planning is line with business requirement; liaise with banks.
Actual Reporting - Responsible for the monthly balance sheet & P&L reporting/budgeting of IT operation, intercompany recharge and reconciliations; ensure reported numbers for OPEX (in Sales) are accurate and accruals have reasonable basis
Tax reporting and statutory compliance

Tax returns are filed and paid on time and in compliance with tax provisions and rulings issued by Bureau of Internal Revenue and Bureau of Customs; liaise with consultants and tax authorities during tax audits

Coordinate business permit requirements to various business locations and local government units

Coordinate and complete annual audit with external auditors
Assist in Inventory controls – stock count, importation tracking, freight cost tracking, WMS and SAP systems reconciliation.
Lead adhoc finance projects and systems implementation.
Train and develop direct report to ensure delivery of functional roles

CPA Exam Passer

Functional: 10+ years in Finance and Accounting

Has Leadership experience of at least 3+ years
