Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Big Cedar Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.
Instruct and assist with specialized Workshops, which may be conducted at The Ozark Mill, Finley Farms, and other locations from time to time, all at the direction of Big Cedar, LLC.
