Conduct agent/manager training and CPD to agency force, and provide planning & operational support to Head of Agency Distribution.
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct agent/manager training and CPD program to agency force.
- Develop training materials and compile training reports for proper record
- Conduct coaching to rookies and junior managers to uplift their productivity
- Assist and coordinate in agency recruitment activities and assist in new agent on-boarding
- Answer agency enquiries and collect feedback. Review & make recommendation on all agency related matters
- Assist in ad hoc project
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the insurance industry, preferably from sales or sales management roles
- Good understanding and experience with agency distribution
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and to multiple business functions
- Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Operates with high standards and integrity
- Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Professional qualification is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing
- Strong public speaking & presentation skill
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
