Position Purpose: Develop, manage and direct companywide provider communications strategies to promote and elevate provider engagement initiatives and education, and satisfaction.

  • Oversee enterprise provider communications strategy, demonstrating a deep understanding of the provider audience and industry best practices.
  • Provide communications solutions to cross-functional partners for various provider-focused initiatives while meeting compliance regulations and timelines.
  • Support enterprise provider communications governance, including planning, measurement and reporting.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field required.
6+ years of combined communications and healthcare experience required
Prior experience in managed care or health care provider environment preferred
Prior experience in value-based care strategy preferred

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
