To conduct data analysis to track performance metrics and strategy planning in order to achieve company target in number of Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) members.
Job Descriptions
-Conduct data analysis to track performance metrics to improve MDRT rate and agency productivity
-Utilize analytics tools and data visualization techniques to create reports, dashboards, and insights
-Assist manager to design tailor-made incentive campaigns to boost the number of MDRT members
-Communicate with agency / internal customers (namely Agency Operations, Marketing, Finance department, etc.) on the data support/ programs / incentives launched and handle their enquiries effectively
-Provide administration support to MDRT campaign and MDRT membership registration
-Assist in ad-hoc projects/workforce as required
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field is a plus
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency sales promotion, agency reward / incentives, other agency channel function or proven experience of data analysis and strategy planning.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and segmentation techniques
-Experience with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Databricks, etc.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with and influence senior executives.
-Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
-Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
-Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, fluent Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Less experience will be considering as Senior Officer
