Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial accounting and reporting with a strong background in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. The position is ideal for candidates who are partially or fully qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) and are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare Monthly / Quarterly financial statements of the Company Stand alone and Consolidated, under the IFRS and Companies Act 2017, Ensure Compliance tax-related issues, and Regulatory Processes.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.
- Audit: Deal with external audits of the Company (Half Year review and annual), and ensure all audit queries are addressed promptly.
- Team Leadership: Support the training and development of accounting staff, providing guidance and training, to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes and systems. Must Have knowledge of ERP System Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Partially or fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Accounting management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS, Companies Act 2017, Income Tax Ordinance and regulations.
- Analytical Skills & Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Should have Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Integrity: High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
