Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team both on-shore and off-shore to provide employee life cycle HR operation services
- Review and implement the HR policies and practices to cope with business needs
- Oversee implementation of HR processes at the location, ensuring compliance with group policy and local regulation
- Identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance HR service delivery effectiveness and efficiency
- Work closely with the wider HR teams cross different locations to collate information for management reports and HR analytics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience in full spectrum Human Resources
- Experience in Residential Site Staff (RSS) related issues and with engineering consultancy / construction
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulation.
- Independent, well-organized, with strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Complete mastery of computer skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint
