The Assistant General Manager (AGM) plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the satellite dealership. The AGM assists in managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and driving organizational goals. AGM is responsible for sales presentations and location sales growth.

Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across departments.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report insights to the General Manager.
Staff Management
- Supervise and provide guidance to department managers and staff.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
- Foster a positive work environment and resolve any staff conflicts or issues.
Sales Growth and Customer Relations
- Participate in sales presentations to prospective customers, demonstrating products and/or services and addressing inquiries.
- Continue to grow dealership through sales activities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are upheld.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for enhancing sales growth, customer satisfaction and retention.
Financial Management
- Assist in budget development and cost management.
- Monitor financial performance against budgetary goals and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Contribute to revenue generation through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
Administrative Duties
- Oversee administrative functions such as scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for management review.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
