Assistant Director

Eko is an e-commerce startup that helps brands like Walmart, Lego, Caraway, and Mattel optimize their product galleries with interactive videos and advanced analytics. Our platform transforms shopping into an interactive experience, bringing products to life like never before. 

As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we seek an Assistant Director who thrives in dynamic, "figure-it-out-as-we-go" environments to join our studio team in Bentonville. This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with our producer and studio team to ensure the seamless execution of product shoots that bring our customers' visions to life.

WHAT YOU’LL DO...

• Plan and manage weekly schedules for product shoots.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand client requirements and ensure they are implemented on set.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of props to align with client expectations.
• Supervise shot selection, ensuring alignment with product features and desired outcomes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product features to guide shoot direction.
• Act as a key on-site point of contact for the production team.

OUR DREAM CANDIDATE HAS…

• Experienced in film production or have worked as a Production Assistant (PA) or in a production internship.
• Familiar with the inner workings of a set and understand the nuances of production processes.
• Availability to work on-site in the studio 
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who can effectively coordinate between teams.
