Job Description:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly P&L by business unit, product category, or part number.
- Prepare/Present monthly financial results and analysis to management at the site, and other stakeholders.
- Upload financial data such as budget, forecast, and actual results into the global managerial accounting system.
- Collaborate with site & department managers to monitor monthly variances between actual and budget or forecast and identify root causes.
- Prepare/present monthly future forecasts including (P&L, Cash flow and other KPI’s).
- Lead budget-making process to meet budget targets, summarizing and reporting budget. (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow etc.).
- Support sales team in price-up negotiations with customers to maintain profitability, providing detailed financial data and other ad-hoc analysis.
- Support the quotation process for new products, by providing financial data and other analysis.
- Cooperate to launch a new consolidated accounting system with the AM region members.
- Partner with site management to provide finance guidance to improve decision making.
- Other tasks as assigned.
