We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our growing Finance team, located in Tel-Aviv. This role will report to the Controller and is an important team member and contributor to the financial reporting process.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist in month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial statements. including preparation of supporting working papers.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements and tax filing across multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with periodic reporting packages to company investors.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining the company’s KPI’s.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and requests including implementing new systems for automation and process improvements.
- Working with external auditors and tax consultants in various locations
Requirements
Requirements:
- CPA after internship at a Big 4 firm.
- Proven working experience (minimum 3 years).
- Proven Excel experience at a high level.
- Detail-oriented, well organized and able to effectively manage time to complete tasks.
- Team player, devoted and highly committed with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles (an advantage).
- Experience with NetSuite (an advantage).
- Willing to work extra hours when needed.
- English – high level.
