About the Role:

We are looking for a top talent Assistant Controller who will join the Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing various accounting aspects of the company, working closely with the Head of Finance of the Israeli company as well as other colleagues from the Global company. You will support new financial systems and process implementations and be part of leading the finance department in meeting publicly traded company standards.

You Will:

  • Perform preparation of local statutory reports and tax reports.

  • Support and review the preparation of the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the parent company.

  • Support integration of new financial systems and implementation procedures according to global company standards and requirements.

  • Perform, review, and implement SOX controls for the relevant business process.

  • Support implementation of Financial and accounting policies across the organization.

  • Working with the company’s external auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants.

  • Coordinate the provision of information to the parent company for the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.

  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.

You Have:

  • CPA with experience in the Big 4 Hi-Tech department - Must

  • Experience in financial system implementation and financial procedure integration - Advantage

  • Working experience in a Publicly Traded company / Fintech company - Advantage

  • Working experience in global corporate - Advantage

  • Experience with NetSuite - Advantage

  • Proven experience with SOX regulation

  • A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize workload.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
