Your Mission:
Provide professional level support to the brand marketing team with all aspects of national sponsorship marketing campaigns, promotions and programs with an emphasis on brand strategy execution. This position will operate in a liaison role between internal teams, partner brands, customers, operators, vendors and agencies. This position will complete projects independently and exercise authority and discretion appropriate to the position.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
In this role, you will assist the development of sponsorship strategy and management of broad-scale brand sponsorship initiatives for Little Caesars. You will build critical skills to enhance your leadership potential, including strategic planning, relationship-building, project management and public speaking. You will help drive project management with cross-functional teams and interface regularly with agencies, partner brands, and senior leadership. In addition to assisting with the strategic approach and program management, you will be key to the execution of the program, managing follow-ups and deadlines.
- Provide national marketing campaign support for:
- Coordination, execution, and communication with system through development of national sponsorship campaigns and promotions
- Manage sports and entertainment marketing agencies to ensure sponsorship needs and goals are met
- Work closely with the broader team to identify and develop break-through ways of reaching target customers through existing and new sponsorships
- Ensure always-on strategy to leverage tentpole events for maximum brand-building and sales impact; Have an aggressive eye for how to incorporate sponsorships in year-round marketing
- Understand the key organizational and brand goals and help to inform both strategic and tactical plans to meet those goals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all creative, messaging and communications associated with brand sponsorships are accurate, consistent, and ladder up to strategy, goals and objectives
- Keep marketing leadership informed of project status and collect and disseminate information to department/project leaders as appropriate.
- Work with teams to gather data. Will be responsible for monitoring and reporting results from each campaign
- Coordinate, monitor, and report team and/or marketing program budget expenses
- Manage marketing internal and external issue resolution from operators, vendors, colleagues, and consumers.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience may be considered.
- Two years (2) of experience in marketing and preferably, in field marketing.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Evidence of excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated proofing skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to apply those skills in a creative atmosphere.
- The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, summarize and present data for management review.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in the restaurant industry.
Where You’ll Work:
- The ability to travel when required and adhere to the company travel policy.
- Works in a normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise and dust and the like.
- Exposure to a video display terminal, occasional exposure to art materials such as spray adhesives and colored markers.
- Occasionally necessary to work outside normal hours.
