Responsibilities
- Prepare AP aging report, vendor statement reconciliation.
- Handle AP daily operations and initiatives to drive operation efficiency.
- Perform period end closing tasks.
- Perform employee expenses claims, freight charge auditing.
- Perform vendor code set up.
- Perform regular and ad hoc payment transactions.
- Carry out general accounting duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- At least 6 year of experiences or above within Accounting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Analytical, detailed-oriented and sense of crisis management
- Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other PC skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
