Job Description:

Assisting the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing events starting from preparations to execution.

Assisting the team - CI, Financial Literacy and Inclusion in executing administration process (contract, meeting minutes, invoice, PR, coupa-related logbook, etc.)

Assisting in having a good contact and networking with both internal & external stakeholders (partners, vendors, NGO, event organizers, volunteers, etc.)
-
Assisting in managing CI Central Repository (MoU, monitoring reports, final reports, photos, videos, posters, etc.)
-
Responsible of monthly CI media monitoring reporting
-
Assisting in managing PRUVolunteers engagement activities and development

Managing CI’s social media account
-
Have a good ability in copywriting and create content for social media
-
Assisting in content review of CI’s social media account
-
Creative in providing social media content ideas
-
Familiar and able to use editing tools both photo and video (Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, adobe illustrator, final cut etc.)

Willing to work on weekends with CI team (in certain volunteering events, Saturday or Sunday)
Requirements:

Graduated from a reputable university – at least S1/bachelor’s degree (especially communication major: DKV/Advertising/Broadcasting)

Have a high commitment to work and proactive in completing every job assigned in every project

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Possess very good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to deal with people at all levels

A good team player who can work under minimum supervision

Having an action oriented and positive attitude

Ability to manage administration

Active and have presentable social media (IG, Tiktok, others)
