We are seeking an Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for assisting in the support of custom applications, monitoring critical logs, and working directly with users to troubleshoot and support incidents regarding custom applications and systems issues.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the support of custom applications, monitoring critical logs, and working directly with users to troubleshoot and support incidents regarding custom applications and systems issues
Collaborate with IT Ops team on, metrics reporting, operational dashboards
Participate in the integration of Operational Dashboards, monitoring, alerting, reporting, with NOC and Call Center infrastructure
Coordinate and ensure successful implementation and support of applications/network/infrastructure systems Continually adjust systems to optimize system performance and functionality
Collect and publish IT metrics and use data to make process improvement recommendations
Assist in the development, review and maintenance of clear and easily understood application and process documentation consistent with department standards
Act as part of shift rotation in support of critical components of internally developed applications
What You May Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Experience in working with C#, .Net core/Framework, IIS, MS SQL, PowerShell 
Experience in software development and/or .Net application support.
Strong analytical mind, you can quickly seize a situation.
Flexible, autonomous and well-organized.
