What you are going to do
As an Application Manager Verint, you will:
- Maintain and optimize our Verint services for Nationale-Nederlanden business units
- Collaborate closely with business units to provide exceptional service and support
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems linked with Verint, ensuring seamless operations
- Stay in close contact with vendors to keep up-to-date with the latest developments
- Work with chain solutions like Speech Analytics & Automated Call Logging, based on Verint technologies as a part of it
- Work with WorkForce Optimization & Verint Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency

Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business units and vendors
- Technical proficiency to troubleshoot and manage systems linked with Verint
- Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Verint solutions is a plus
- Dutch proficiency is required

You will join the Verint Team within the Customer and Digital domain, working alongside two other dedicated Verint Application Managers. Our team is collaborative, innovative, and focused on maintaining and enhancing Verint services for our business units.
