You will:
- Execute Product Design for R&D Projects: Focus on hands-on product design work for R&D initiatives, ensuring that design solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Support Rapid Design Iteration: Work quickly to deliver design solutions for new R&D projects, focusing on agility and high-quality output.
- Propose and Implement Design Solutions: Enjoy freedom to propose design solutions within the scope of R&D projects, with the opportunity to implement your design ideas freely.
- Collaborate with the R&D Team: Work closely with other R&D team members to develop solutions aimed at addressing user pain points or growth opportunities.
- Handle Various Related Design Tasks: Take on not only product design but also other related design tasks, including marketing, branding, and other minor design needs as required.
From you:
- Proven Product Design Experience: At least 4 years of experience in product design, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for digital products.
- Strong Visual Design Skills: Expertise in creating high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the product's value and user experience goals.
- User-Centered Design Focus: Ability to integrate user feedback into the design process, ensuring that products are intuitive and meet user needs.
- Rapid Design Iteration: Experience in quickly iterating on designs and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Strong ability to propose and implement design solutions that address user pain points and enhance the product experience.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
- Independent Work & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently and delivering results on time.
- Experience with Branding and Marketing Materials: Ability to work on various design tasks beyond product design, including branding, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with User Growth Strategies: Previous experience contributing to design efforts that directly impact user engagement, retention, or growth.
- Experience in the Dating or Social Category: Background in designing products or features within the dating, social networking, or similar industries.
- Experience with Marketing Design: Additional experience in designing assets for marketing campaigns, websites, or social media.
