Your project: Hily. It is a dating app that has won the hearts of millions of users worldwide. The app helps users quickly find someone to connect with, from flirting to building meaningful relationships. We take our mission seriously: we do our best to understand users’ needs and shorten their path from registration to finding an ideal partner. Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 10 dating apps in the USA. 35M registered users, 50M matches annually, 1.5B likes sent, 900K monthly active users, 4.6/5 Apple Store and 4.4/5 Google Play user ratings.

You will:

• Work in one of the cross-functional teams with a focus on specific metrics.
• Generate hypotheses, work with researchers, analysts, product managers and developers.
• Create concepts/prototypes for preliminary validation.
• Assemble the finished design using a design system, take into account different cases and supplement the technical documentation with your requirements.
  

From you:

• Advanced product thinking.
• Working with analytics and research.
• Generation and validation of hypotheses aimed at improving product metrics.
• Good experience with application interfaces (iOS/Android).
• Development control from the design side.
  

Will be an advantage:

• Prototyping in Principle/Origami.
• Experience with design systems.
• Experience working in a product company.
