Lyft’s Accounting team is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations and accounting close with opportunities to work on various projects as we scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and timely
  • Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve vendor discrepancies
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with internal associates and external vendors
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as needed

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of AP experience 
  • Passion for end-to-end procurement process and improvements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Passion for Lyft and a strong interest in technology
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Oracle experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability of time management with strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be a self starter
  • Ability to multi-task, meet firm deadlines, proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage priorities
  • Exemplary personal and professional integrity with a positive attitude

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $72,000- $90,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
