What we can offer you

You will be a part of a finance team focusing on delivering operational excellence to our main stakeholder – our Headquarters, as well as other business units within the Group. You will be taking a key role in the daily AP operations for local entities and SSC itself, stabilizing and ensuring the smooth running of AP processes.

Your main tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing team: distributing the volumes among the team members, setting priorities, providing regular feedback, running 1-1 sessions & team meetings, developing key talents, assessing performance;

  • Taking an active part in potential process transitions from other Group locations to SSC Warsaw;

  • Negotiating with internal stakeholders, managing regular operational calls with local market Finance teams;

  • Effectively managing knowledge & promoting a teamwork mindset in order to secure a strong back-up structure;

  • Designing & implementing cost-saving initiatives;

  • Running job interviews;

  • Stabilizing the migrated process;

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the PTP function including Internal Controls preparation;

  • Ensuring effective delivery of AP activities;

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements;

  • Preparing reports and analysis as per business needs;

  • Assuring process compliance with Husqvarna policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in similar position in SSC/BPO environment;

  • Hands-on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting qualifications;

  • Knowledge of either SAP or JDE will be an asset;

  • Experience in transitions;

  • Advanced English;

  • Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change;

  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivation;

  • Strong team player mindset.
