This position is based at our Bend, Oregon headquarters and requires domestic and international travel. The Global Finance & Strategy Analyst role reports directly to the Vice President, Global Finance.
Job Description
As a Global Finance & Strategy Analyst, you’ll be a key player in financial forecasting, scenario planning, and strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including Operations, Customer Facing Teams, Product Development and Supply Chain, to turn complex data into clear business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models and frameworks to track every aspect of the global business, and use to evaluate growth initiatives, capital investments, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Lead innovation activities to improve the capture and analysis of business case information.
- Deliver insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with functional leaders to track performance and identify improvement opportunities in all areas of the global business.
- Enhance the company wide adoption and utilization of analysis tools.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in both finance processes and business operations

Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in an FP&A related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a connected field
- Advanced Excel and Office Skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario planning
- Proficiency in financial systems and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A passion for sustainability, innovation, or agriculture is a big plus
