Overview
You’ll be joining the Analytics & Technology team. The team combines deep analytics expertise with strong marketing savvy to deliver insights and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external global clients. We’re a team that is highly integrated with our clients, and have end to end responsibility of marketing analytics & technologies, from the maintenance of the data infrastructure, to live marketing monitoring, to insights generation, to marketing technology implementation and strategic marketing recommendations.

Role Overview
The Analytics & Technology Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring client and company success, measuring digital campaign performance, querying data for campaign execution and developing deep insights to drive performance.
This exciting, entry-level position (or up to 1 year experience) requires strong quantitative skills, an analytical mindset, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry. Expect to learn A LOT about cool technologies, digital media, and marketing strategy quickly.
About the Role
While each client engagement is unique, you may:
- Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business and marketing goals, leveraging analytics to advance these goals
- Develop data visualisations, consolidating a variety of disparate data sources into a single, one-stop dashboard brands can use to keep a pulse on real-time performance
- Facilitate campaign delivery through the creation of audiences to activate media on, querying large amounts of detailed data to enhance the success of campaigns
- Contribute to testing and measurement roadmaps, designing campaign experiments to improve the measurement and reliability of media activation
- Support data storytelling efforts, interpreting marketing performance data and crafting a holistic and succinct cross-channel performance story with actionable insights
- Attend external calls and meetings, providing additional detail and background to the client where needed.
- Cultivate an understanding of clients’ key business questions and success drivers and contribute to strong client relationships through consistent delivery of high quality reporting and custom deliverables
- Learn to use measurement and analytics tools used by the team (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama, SQL, Python, etc.) to support reporting, analysis, and process development
Desired Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with background in business, marketing, or other analytical/STEM discipline
- Strong quantitative skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies
- Strong interest and/or experience in marketing, data analysis, and data visualisation, ideally in digital media (including display, mobile, social and search)
- Excellent listening and communication skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
- Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment
- Some knowledge of programming languages to aid in analysis and automation (e.g. SQL, Python, R) is helpful, but not required
Salary & Benefits
Our compensation strategy is designed to attract, reward, and retain the talented employees that drive Kepler’s growth and success. We aim to offer competitive direct compensation that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their well-being. Our salary for this role is set at £28,000 per annum.
