Summary:
The Analyst will research, assimilate and analyze detailed information to identify opportunities for standardization and cost reductions for 90+ health care facilities that are part of Captis, LLC a Vizient company. The Analyst will have process knowledge related to the healthcare materials and procurement process to aid in complex product analyses providing deeper analyses and concise documentation to support findings. In this role, you will work closely with the sourcing and contracting team, as well as other analysts to provide a combination of analytical expertise, project management, and contracting support.
Responsibilities:

Conduct analyses and research to produce results and identify opportunities for cost savings, standardization, and efficiencies.

Interpret member purchase history to support dialogue for decision making for 90+ health care organizations.

Assist in identifying, implementing, and utilizing process improvement efforts. Perform complex analyses and research in medical products and services.

Interpret trends, regulatory changes and/or forecasts. Anticipate impact for the health care facilities.

Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendations.

Conduct complex financial and non-financial analysis of bids to support the contracting process.

Maintain active involvement and ownership of data tools, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Coordinate the development and production of deliverables (i.e. analysis, presentations, reports, member assessments and case studies).
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or related field.

2 or more years related experience required.

Strong analytics, database, and spreadsheet skills.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Knowledge and experience working with the providers and suppliers in the health care supply, capital, pharmacy, and purchase services market.

Strong project management, organizational skills, and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of procurement functions, hospital bid and contracting process desired.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.
