Job Description
- 2 - 4 years of experience.
- Configuration and upgradation of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS laptops.
- Installation and configuration of software development-related applications and tools like Visual Studio, SQL, Outlook, and VPN clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops.
- Basic Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi Infrastructure.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Office 365, SQL databases, and other software or applications.
- Must provide support to all end users, either internal or external.
- Knowledge about asset management.
- Mange Meeting room, Projector setup, Calling Device.
- Manage Network Infrastructure.
- Handling access control, CCTV
Additional Note: 5 days a week work from office.
