Job Description

  • 2 - 4 years of experience.
  • Configuration and upgradation of Windows, Mac, and Linux OS laptops.
  • Installation and configuration of software development-related applications and tools like Visual Studio, SQL, Outlook, and VPN clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops.
  • Basic Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi Infrastructure.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Office 365, SQL databases, and other software or applications.
  • Must provide support to all end users, either internal or external.
  • Knowledge about asset management.
  • Mange Meeting room, Projector setup, Calling Device.
  • Manage Network Infrastructure.
  • Handling access control, CCTV

Additional Note: 5 days a week work from office.
