The Risk & Compliance Analyst is a versatile and innovative risk professional, who can support all aspects of the risk management lifecycle: from framework and program building, to supporting the business functions/segments with implementation, through to risk analytics and reporting. About the Role
As an Analyst, Operations Risk Partnering you will:

  • Support the management in implementing the Operations Risk Partnering Strategy

  • Collaborate with various teams for performing day-to-day activities ensuring effective risk management

  • Assist the team in preparing high-quality periodic reports to relevant committees / forums

  • Facilitate training to businesses for embedding a risk aware culture

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field, and relevant professional certification is preferred

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in risk management, particularly in operations and technology industries

  • Possess a sound understanding of enterprise risk management principles and best practices

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, by working independently or collaboratively

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
